Provides support for audio-video technology in all classrooms and learning spaces throughout campus. Provides engineering/design guidance and expertise for campus renovation and construction projects with a learning space component; this includes signal flow design and user interface programming. Support the technology aspects of the teaching and learning mission of the institution. Provides knowledge and guidance regarding the integration of educational technologies into the classroom. This includes training and instruction for users, programming of classroom control systems, and advanced-level maintenance of the A/V infrastructure. Zoom Administrator for the campus. Responsible for A/V support for special events such as conferences. Assist in event planning, coordinate onsite technical support, and oversee setup/teardown services as required.
