Dr. MaryKay McGuire is a Learning Experience Designer who collaborates with faculty on the design of high-quality hybrid and online courses, supports the integration of emerging technologies, and advocates for effective, research-based teaching strategies grounded in established learning theories. She creates and facilitates professional development workshops, assists with LMS administration, and provides program-specific support requiring deep knowledge of instructional tools and pedagogical approaches. Dr. McGuire has extensive experience in both K–12 and higher education and holds a Doctorate of Education from the University of New England. She also teaches Siena’s lifetime activity course in Cardio Kickboxing as a certified instructor.
